Yukihiko Tsutsumi (堤幸彦) is a prolific Japanese film director, television drama director, and occasional screenwriter. Born on November 3, 1955, in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, he has established a prominent career in the Japanese entertainment industry spanning multiple decades, directing numerous high-profile feature films and television series.

Directorial Career
Tsutsumi has directed a vast array of works ranging from quirky comedies and thrillers to cinematic adaptations of popular manga series. Some of his most widely recognized cinematic projects include the trilogy adaptation of Naoki Urasawa's 20th Century Boys (2008–2009), the mystery-comedy film series Trick, and 12 Suicidal Teens (2019).
