Wonderful Nightmare (2015 Film)
Wonderful Nightmare (Korean: 미쓰 와이프; RR: Misseu Waipeu, also known as Miss Wife) is a 2015 South Korean fantasy-comedy film directed by Kang Hyo-jin. The film explores themes of identity and family through a supernatural premise involving a high-powered attorney who must temporarily assume the life of an ordinary housewife.

Plot
The story follows Yeon-woo, a successful and cold-hearted attorney. Due to a clerical error in the afterlife, she dies prematurely. To rectify the mistake and return to her original life, she is tasked with living as an ordinary housewife for one month. During this period, she navigates domestic life with her new husband, Sung-hwan, and their daughter, Ha-neul.
Production
The film was directed by Kang Hyo-jin, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Kim Je-young. Principal photography commenced on November 15, 2014, at a cafe in Jayang-dong, Seoul. Production concluded on February 2, 2015, at Namyangju Studios in Namyangju, South Korea. The final scene filmed featured lead actors Uhm Jung-hwa and Song Seung-heon alongside Seo Shin-ae. The film's early working title was Meotjin Akmong, which translates to Wonderful Nightmare.

Release and Reception
The film was released in South Korea on August 13, 2015, and was distributed by Megabox Plus M. It was later screened at the 18th Udine Far East Film Festival in 2016.
