VIP is a South Korean television series that aired on SBS from October 28 to December 24, 2019. The drama, directed by Lee Jung-lim and written by Hae Won, consists of 16 episodes and was broadcast in the Monday and Tuesday 22:00 time slot.
Plot
The series centers on Na Jung-sun, played by Jang Na-ra, who works for a specialized team managing VIP clients at a department store. Her life and marriage to her colleague, Park Sung-joon (Lee Sang-yoon), are thrown into turmoil following an unexpected case that impacts their professional and personal relationship.
Production and Broadcast
VIP replaced the series The Secret Life of My Secretary in its time slot and was succeeded by Dr. Romantic 2 in January 2020. During its run, the broadcast schedule experienced a temporary adjustment; the fifth episode, originally scheduled for November 11 and 12, 2019, was delayed due to the broadcast of WBSC Premier 12 baseball games, eventually airing on November 18, 2019.
