Two Weeks (2013 South Korean TV Series)
Two Weeks (Korean: 투윅스; RR: Tuwikseu) is a 2013 South Korean television drama series that aired on MBC. The series, written by So Hyeon-kyeong and directed by Son Hyeong-seok and Choi Jung-kyu, follows the story of a man who discovers he has a daughter and must fight to save her life while being framed for a crime he did not commit.

Plot
Jang Tae-san (Lee Joon-gi) is a man living a directionless life who finds himself falsely accused of murder. His life takes a drastic turn when he learns he has an eight-year-old daughter, Seo Soo-jin (Lee Chae-mi), who is suffering from leukemia. Tae-san discovers that he is the only compatible bone marrow donor for his daughter. He has exactly two weeks to clear his name and undergo the transplant surgery to save her life.
The narrative explores his past as a former gang member working for Moon Il-seok (Jo Min-gi). Eight years prior, Tae-san had been coerced into taking the blame for a murder committed by his boss, under the threat that his then-pregnant girlfriend, Seo In-hye (Park Ha-sun), would be killed. Tae-san chose to go to prison, believing he had ended his relationship with In-hye, unaware that she had kept their child.
Production and Broadcast
The series aired on MBC from August 7 to September 26, 2013, occupying the Wednesday and Thursday 21:55 time slot. It followed the conclusion of The Queen's Classroom and preceded Medical Top Team. A Japanese remake of the series was produced by Fuji TV-KTV and released in 2019.
