To My Beloved Thief (Korean: 은애하는 도적님아; Revised Romanization: Eunaehaneun Dojeoknima) is a 16-episode South Korean television series directed by Ham Young-Geol and written by Lee Seon. The series aired on the network KBS2 during its Saturday and Sunday 21:20 time slot from January 3 to February 22, 2026. The program took over the time slot previously occupied by Last Summer and was subsequently followed by The Husband.
Plot Synopsis
The narrative centers on Hong Eun-Jo, portrayed by Nam Ji-Hyun, who works as a physician at Hyeminseo by day. By night, she operates as the legendary thief Gil-Dong, raiding the treasuries of corrupt officials to assist underprivileged citizens. Her life changes unexpectedly when she becomes entangled with Prince Yi Yeol, played by Moon Sang-Min.
Prince Yi Yeol is the younger stepbrother of the king. Although he projects an easygoing public demeanor, he actively investigates and apprehends criminals under the guise of a personal hobby. His meticulous actions are secretly designed to protect ordinary citizens. When he encounters the thief Gil-Dong by fate, he becomes captivated by her.
