The Perfect Couple (Korean: 최강 로맨스; RR: Choegang Romaenseu) is a 2007 South Korean romantic comedy film directed by Kim Jung-Woo. The film was released on January 25, 2007, and distributed by Showbox.

Plot

The story follows the unlikely connection between Detective Kang Jae-Hyuk (Lee Dong-Wook) and journalist Choi Soo-Jin (Hyun Young). Their initial encounter is marked by an embarrassing accident involving a skewer, which leaves the detective injured. Their paths cross again when Kang is appointed as a police media representative and Soo-Jin is assigned to cover crime reporting. The two are forced into an uneasy collaboration for a reality show titled The Choi vs. Kang Report. While initially bickering, they eventually form a professional alliance to pursue a crime boss, leading to a romantic development.
