Someone Special (Korean: 아는 여자; RR: Aneun Yeoja) is a 2004 South Korean romantic comedy film written and directed by Jang Jin. The film explores the intersecting lives of a professional baseball player and a local bartender.

Plot

Dong Chi-Sung (Jung Jae-Young) is a professional baseball player who faces a series of personal setbacks, including a breakup with his girlfriend. Shortly after, he receives a medical diagnosis indicating he has only three months to live. Seeking solace, he visits a bar where he encounters the bartender, Han Yi-Yeon (Lee Na-Young). The following morning, Chi-Sung awakens in a motel room, discovering that Yi-Yeon had transported him there after he lost consciousness. This event marks the beginning of their unconventional relationship.
