Sanbiki no Ossan 2: Seigi no Mikata, Mitatabi!!

Sanbiki no Ossan 2: Seigi no Mikata, Mitatabi!! (Japanese: 三匹のおっさん2〜正義の味方、ふたたび!!〜) is a Japanese television drama series that aired on TV Tokyo in 2015. It serves as the second installment in the Sanbiki no Ossan series, which follows the exploits of three retired men who take it upon themselves to address injustices in their neighborhood.

Production and Background

The series is based on the novel Sanbiki no Ossan written by Hiro Arikawa, originally published by Bungeishunju Ltd. in March 2009. The television adaptation was directed by Tatsuzo Inohara, Takeshi Shirakawa, and Hayato Yamada, with scripts written by Kumiko Sato, Muck Akazawa, and Shiori Shimizu. The show consists of eight episodes and was broadcast on Friday nights from April 24 to June 12, 2015.
