Rose and Tulip (2019 Film)
Rose and Tulip (Japanese: 薔薇とチューリップ, Hepburn: Bara to Tsuripu) is a 2019 Japanese film directed by Teruo Noguchi. The film is based on the manga series of the same name by Akiko Higashimura, which was serialized in the magazine Monthly Big Comic Spirits.

Plot
The story follows Nero, a world-renowned young painter who travels to Japan for an exhibition. During his visit, he seeks out a hot spring inn rumored to possess a plagiarized version of one of his works. Upon arriving, he encounters De-Won, a man who bears a striking physical resemblance to him. The two decide to swap identities for their own purposes, leading Nero to interact with Kaori, the successor to the hot spring inn, while living under the guise of De-Won.
Production
The film was produced by Toshinori Yamaguchi, Mikihiko Hirata, and Masahiro Honda, and distributed by NBC Universal Entertainment. It features a dual performance by Lee Joon-Ho, who portrays both Nero and De-Won. The film's theme song, "Nothing But You," is performed by Lee Joon-Ho.
