Plot Synopsis
The story centers on Byeon Moo-jin and his ex-wife, Geum Ae-yeon. During their marriage, Moo-jin experienced a series of failed business ventures, leading to his eventual estrangement from his family. While he attempts to reconcile with Ae-yeon, his daughter, Mi-rae—who serves as the family's primary breadwinner—strongly opposes his return. Conversely, his son, Hyeon-jae, welcomes his father's efforts. Parallel to the family conflict, Mi-rae develops a relationship with Nam Tae-pyeong, a former national taekwondo athlete who works as a security guard at the same mart where she is employed.
