Nagatan to Ao to 2, also known by its romaji title Nagatan to Ao to: Ichika no Ryoricho 2 and Japanese title ながたんと青と -いちかの料理帖-２, is a Japanese television drama series broadcast on the WOWOW network.
Production and Background
The series is directed by Soushi Matsumoto. The screenplay is co-written by Izumi Kawasaki, building upon the narrative established in the first season. The story is adapted from the manga series Nagatan to Ao to: Ichika no Ryoricho, written and illustrated by Yuki Isoya, which was first published on October 25, 2017, in the manga magazine Kiss.
Plot Synopsis
The narrative picks up immediately following the events of the first season. Ichika Kuwanoki and Amane Yamaguchi have been married for one year. As the restaurant Kuwanoki begins to recover from its financial difficulties, a new challenge arises with the arrival of Amane's second oldest brother, Sakae. This unexpected appearance tests both the resilience of the restaurant and the bond shared by Ichika and Amane.
