Career

Na made his feature film directorial debut with The Chaser (2008), a crime thriller that received critical acclaim and established his reputation in the South Korean film industry. He followed this with The Yellow Sea (2010), a gritty drama that further showcased his stylistic focus on tension and character-driven conflict. In 2016, he directed The Wailing, a supernatural horror film that achieved significant success both domestically and internationally. His upcoming project is titled Hope, scheduled for release in 2026.
