Lebanon Emotion (2014)
Lebanon Emotion (Korean: 레바논 감정; RR: Rebanon Gamjung) is a 2014 South Korean suspense-thriller film written and directed by Jung Young-Heon. The film, which blends elements of arthouse cinema with thriller tropes, examines themes of grief, guilt, and human connection in an isolated setting.

Plot
The story follows Hyun-Woo, a man struggling with intense guilt following the death of his mother. Seeking solitude, he retreats to a vacant house in a remote mountain village on the first anniversary of her passing. While in the village, he discovers a woman trapped in the wilderness. He brings her to his temporary home to nurse her back to health. As the two strangers form an unspoken bond, their isolation is threatened by the arrival of a mysterious and menacing man who attempts to take the woman away.

Production and Release
The film was produced by Song Hye-Jin with cinematography by Lee Jin-Geun. It received its world premiere at the 14th Jeonju International Film Festival in April 2013, where it competed in the Korean Film Competition. Following its festival run, the film was released theatrically in South Korea on February 27, 2014, distributed by A'muse.
