Imadoki no Wakaimon wa (Japanese: 今どきの若いモンは) is a Japanese television drama series that aired on the network WOWOW in 2022. The series is based on the webcomic of the same name by Kohei Yoshitani, which began serialization on the Cycomi platform in 2018.

Plot

The story centers on Hajime Ishizawa, a sales department chief at a trading company known for his intimidating presence. Younger employees often find him difficult to work with, citing his demanding nature and traditional approach to business. The narrative shifts when a rookie employee, Ayumi Mugita, joins his department. As she struggles to adapt to the high-pressure environment, an unexpected interaction occurs when Ishizawa approaches her while she is eating lunch alone, initiating a change in their professional dynamic.
