Hush (South Korean Television Series)
Hush is a South Korean television series that aired on the JTBC network from December 11, 2020, to February 6, 2021. The drama, which consists of 16 episodes, explores the lives and ethical dilemmas faced by journalists working at a newspaper company. The series is based on the 2018 novel Chimmookjoouibo by Jung Jin-young.

Plot
The narrative centers on Han Joon-hyuk, a veteran reporter at the newspaper Daily Korea. Once driven by a strong sense of justice, Han finds himself caught in a conflict between his original journalistic ideals and the pragmatic realities of his career. As he navigates the complexities of the newsroom, he must also balance his professional responsibilities with his personal life as a husband and father.
Production
The series was directed by Choi Kyoo-sik and written by Kim Jung-min. The first script reading for the production took place in September 2020. The drama occupied the Friday and Saturday 23:00 time slot on JTBC, following More Than Friends and preceding Beyond Evil.
During its broadcast, the schedule for episodes 7 and 8 was adjusted; they did not air on January 1 and 2, 2021, as originally planned, but were instead broadcast on January 8 and 9, 2021.
Cast
The series features an ensemble cast, with Hwang Jung-min portraying the veteran reporter Han Joon-hyuk and Lim Yoon-a playing the role of Lee Ji-soo.
