He Who Can't Marry (Korean: 결혼 못하는 남자; RR: Kyeolheun Mothaneun Namja) is a South Korean television drama that aired on KBS2 from June 15 to August 4, 2009. The series consists of 16 episodes and was broadcast on Monday and Tuesday nights at 21:55.

Plot

The story centers on a 40-year-old man who is a successful architect but struggles with social interaction. Despite his professional success and appearance, he remains unmarried and is known for his obstinate nature and lack of interest in cohabitation. His life begins to change after he meets a female doctor who shares similar personality traits. Through their interactions, he begins to develop social connections and gains a new appreciation for the people around him.

Production

The series is a remake of the 2006 Japanese drama of the same name, which originally aired on Fuji TV. The Korean adaptation was directed by Kim Jung-Kyu with Yeo Ji-Na serving as the writer.
