Han River (South Korean TV Series)

Han River (Korean: 한강; RR: Hangang) is a South Korean action-comedy television series that premiered in 2023. The series focuses on the daily operations and investigations conducted by a specialized police unit responsible for patrolling the Han River and the public spaces surrounding it in Seoul.

The narrative centers on Han Du-Jin, a police officer known for his short temper and strong sense of justice. He works alongside Lee Cheon-Seok, a colleague with a contrasting personality. Together with their team, including officers Do Na-Hee and Kim Ji-Soo, they manage various emergencies, accidents, and criminal activities that occur within the river's jurisdiction.

Production and Release

The series was directed and written by Kim Sang-Cheol. It consists of six episodes and was released on the streaming platform Disney+ from September 13 to September 27, 2023.
