Good Morning President (Korean: 굿모닝 프레지던트) is a 2009 South Korean comedy-drama film written and directed by Jang Jin. The film offers a humorous and humanizing look at the lives of three fictional South Korean presidents, each facing different personal and political challenges.

Plot
The narrative follows three presidents: the aging Kim Jeong-ho (Lee Sun-jae), the young and idealistic Cha Ji-wook (Jang Dong-gun), and the nation's first female president, Han Kyeong-ja (Ko Du-shim). The story weaves together their personal struggles, including Kim Jeong-ho's unexpected lottery win, Cha Ji-wook's romantic complications involving an opposition spokesperson, and Han Kyeong-ja's efforts to balance her duties with her family life.
Production and Release
The film was produced by Kim Mi-hwa and features cinematography by Choi Sang-ho. It held its world premiere on October 8, 2009, as the opening film of the 14th Pusan International Film Festival. The film was released theatrically in South Korea on October 22, 2009, distributed by CJ Entertainment.

Reception
Good Morning President performed well at the South Korean box office. During its opening weekend from October 23 to October 25, 2009, it debuted at number one, opening on 671 screens and selling 706,409 tickets, which accounted for 57.9% of all tickets sold that weekend. Within its first seven days of release, the film surpassed one million admissions.
