Gappa Sensei
Gappa Sensei (Japanese: がっぱ先生!) is a Japanese television movie that premiered on September 23, 2016, on the Nippon Television (NTV) network. The production was directed by Masahiro Kunimoto and written by Satoko Okazaki.

Plot
The story follows Aiko Muramoto, a 24-year-old teacher who moves from a rural area in Ishikawa Prefecture to begin her career at an elementary school in a city. During her introductory speech to her new students, Aiko becomes overwhelmed by nerves and accidentally uses the local dialect expression "Gappa" instead of the standard phrase "Issyou Kenmei" (meaning "I will do my best"). This slip of the tongue leads to her being nicknamed "Teacher Gappa" by her students. As the homeroom teacher for a fifth-grade class, Aiko navigates the challenges of her new environment, interacting with her students, their parents, and her colleagues with a positive and earnest attitude.
