Error (Japanese: エラー) is a Japanese television drama series broadcast on TV Asahi starting on April 12, 2026. The series is directed by Daisuke Yamamoto and Masayuki Matoba, with a script written by Sakiko Yashige. It airs on Sundays at 22:15.

Plot Synopsis

Yume Nakata, played by Mei Hata, makes a critical mistake after attempting to help a woman who is trying to take her own life. Later that night, the woman dies by falling from a building. Following this tragic event, Yume struggles with profound guilt. Meanwhile, Mio Osako, portrayed by Mirai Shida, is the daughter of the deceased woman and refuses to accept that her mother died by suicide. The two eventually cross paths, leading Yume to realize that Mio is the daughter of the woman who died.
