Bijo to Danshi
Bijo to Danshi (Japanese: 美女と男子, literally "Beauty and the Man") is a Japanese television drama series that aired on NHK from April 14 to August 25, 2015. The series consists of 20 episodes and explores the dynamics of the Japanese entertainment industry.

Plot
The story follows Ichiko Sawatari, played by Yukie Nakama, a career-oriented woman working in the planning department of an IT company. Her professional life shifts when she is ordered by her superior, Haruhiko Madarame, to manage a talent agency called Hinode Pro, which maintains a partnership with her firm. Although initially resistant to the transfer, she accepts the assignment with the goal of revitalizing the struggling agency to secure her return to her original position.
Upon arriving at Hinode Pro, Ichiko discovers that the agency represents only unpopular talent. To turn the company around, she begins scouting for new faces, eventually discovering Ryo Sakisaka, portrayed by Keita Machida, at a construction site. The narrative focuses on Ichiko's efforts to transform Ryo into a successful star.
