Autumn, Autumn (Korean: 춘천, 춘천; RR: Chuncheon, Chuncheon) is a 2018 South Korean drama film written, directed, and produced by Jang Woo-Jin. The film, which has a runtime of 77 minutes, explores the experiences of individuals navigating personal transitions and travel between Chuncheon and Seoul.

Plot

The narrative centers on Ji-Hyun, a resident of Chuncheon who aspires to relocate to Seoul. Following a job interview in the capital, he boards a train to return home. During the journey, he encounters a middle-aged couple, an interaction that serves as a focal point for the film's exploration of life paths and movement.

Production and Release

The film was directed by Jang Woo-Jin, who also handled cinematography and production duties. It held its world premiere at the Busan International Film Festival in October 2016. The film received a theatrical release in South Korea on September 26, 2018, and was distributed by MOVement.
